Eyebrows, designed to your face

Brows change how a whole face reads. Alice designs them from your proportions, the shape of your eyes and how you like to look, whether that means brow makeup for an event or semi-permanent brows you wake up with.

Three ways to work on your brows

Her training in aesthetics and permanent makeup means every brow starts with measurement, not a stencil.

  • Brow mapping and design

Measuring where your brows should start, arch and end in relation to your eyes, nose and face shape, then drawing the shape on so you can see it before anything else happens.

The first step before any semi-permanent work.

  • Brow makeup

Brows filled and shaped with makeup for an event, a shoot or your wedding, matched to your hair colour and the rest of the look.

Part of every bridal and occasion makeup session.

  • Semi-permanent brows

Pigment placed in the upper layers of the skin to give brows lasting shape and fullness. Results fade gradually over time, at a rate that varies from person to person.

Semi-permanent brows, step by step

Nothing is rushed, and nothing starts until you’ve approved the shape.

  1. Consultation

Alice asks about your skin, your health history and any previous brow work, and explains what results to expect. If semi-permanent brows aren’t suitable for you right now, she’ll say so.

  2. Mapping

Your brows are measured and drawn on. Nothing begins until you’re happy with the shape.

  3. Application

Pigment is applied using the agreed shape and a colour chosen for your hair and skin tone.

  4. Healing and follow-up

Brows look darker at first and soften as they heal. Many clients need a follow-up session to perfect the result.

Before you book. Semi-permanent makeup involves working on the skin, so the consultation matters. Tell Alice about any skin conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or recent treatments. She may suggest waiting, or another option, if it isn’t the right time.

Good questions to ask early

Anything not covered here, ask Alice directly.

What’s the difference between brow makeup and semi-permanent brows?

Brow makeup is applied for the day and washes off. Semi-permanent brows place pigment in the skin, so the shape stays for an extended time and fades gradually.

How long do semi-permanent brows last?

It varies with skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure, so Alice will talk you through what to expect at your consultation.

I’m getting married soon. Should I do semi-permanent brows first?

Leave enough time for healing and any follow-up session before your wedding photos. Mention your wedding date when you enquire, and Alice will advise on timing.

Ask Alice about your brows

Tell her what you’d like to change about your brows, and whether you’ve had brow work before.

If it’s easier, message her directly.
